Loan Coordinator

Patty is a true veteran in the mortgage business.  Her last 13 years in the business has been with First Integrity.   Although she insists that it is not true, many of her co-workers refer to her as “perfect Patty”. 

Patty is a people person and is naturally tuned into the needs of every person involved in the loan process.  As a Loan Coordinator, Patty is responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete and accurate.  Patty says it best:  “I enjoy working with my buyers and agents.  In the end, I know that I helped the buyers to purchase their dream.  That’s the part I love most.”   It is because of this attitude, her attention to detail and her overall “perfection” that Patty is a multiple time recipient of First Integrity’s Employee of the Month Award.
