Michelle has been in the business for a little over 24 years and has worked for Joe Bayer for all but 3 of those years. “And this was only because I lived out of state for those 3 years,” says Michelle. She was born and raised in St. Peters, Missouri.

“I have done every job in the company except for Loan Officer and Accounting,” says Michelle. She is direct and to the point about her career with First Integrity, “I have never even thought about working for a different company…this is my home. I love this company, its people and our amazing clients. I feel truly blessed to work for a company with such heart!”
