Ricci has been in customer service for most of her career. At one point she was in charge of accounts receivable for a junior college, where she was in contact with each of the 10,000 students.  She then spent seventeen years in computer programming and general office management, allowing her to have contact with clients in the lending world, and to gain even more perspective.

During most of her time with First Integrity she has manned the secondary desk, which allowed her to interact with the secondary market and the loan officers on behalf of the clients. “I also support management, am responsible for commissions and payroll, act as HR, log in new files, assign appraisers, answer the phone, pick up and deliver to the Swansea office, and gopher supplies,” she shares, “and I enjoy every minute of it.”
