Mary Ellen has been in the mortgage business since 1988.  She worked with Joseph Bayer at a previous company, and when he decided to open First Integrity Mortgage Services she became his first employee.  “I have worked in all capacities, starting as a receptionist and I now underwrite the loans,” says Mary Ellen. “I am a preferred stock holder, in my estimation this translates into my complete confidence in this company.”

Mary Ellen is proud of the fact that First Integrity is different from any other company. She states, “We have a unique approach to business in that the borrowers deal with the same two employees throughout the process of the loan; the loan officer and coordinator.  We do a great job in making the customer feel important.  We are ALL ACCESSIBLE to the borrowers and agents.  Everything is done locally.  I believe the longevity of the employees speaks for the type of company we are!”
